The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting the following: “with the following amendment:
On page one, new subdivision 2.2.1, by striking out the new subsection in its entirety;
On page one, subdivision 2.3.1, by striking out the underlined dollar amount “Four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00)” and inserting in lieu thereof the stricken dollar amount “Three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00)”;
On page one, subdivision 2.3.2, by striking out the underlined dollar amount “One hundred thirty three dollars ($133.00)” and inserting in lieu thereof the stricken dollar amount “One hundred dollars ($100.00)”;
On page two, subdivision 2.3.3, by striking out the underlined dollar amount “Two hundred dollars ($200.00)” and inserting in lieu thereof the stricken dollar amount “One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00)”;
On page two, subdivision 2.3.4, by striking out the underlined dollar amount “Three hundred dollars ($300.00)” and inserting in lieu thereof the stricken dollar amount “Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)”;
